I would like to dedicate this article to all of the women who became mothers lately.
This year you will celebrate your first mother’s day and I hope for many years to come.
Being a new mom means you have to care for someone other than yourself but it doesn’t mean you don’t have to care for yourself.
I have collected a few tips that will help you cope with the first months of being a mom:
Do not worry your baby will admire you because you are his mom!!!
Try to implement one of my tips, take time for yourself , do whatever you love or join me for coffee.
